The Operations Manager will not simply be responsible for maintaining the status quo. This individual will work closely with the Plant Manager and leadership team to help transform the operation.

This position requires a hands‑on Operations Manager who is comfortable being actively involved in the day‑to‑day operation.

You will lead plant operations with responsibility for ensuring that safety, production volume, quality, costs, customer satisfaction, and delivery performance meet or exceed expectations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading daily plant operations across a multi‑shift manufacturing environment
• Driving a zero‑defect culture in EHS, quality, and productivity
• Championing Operational Discipline and a strong safety culture
• Coaching shift managers and production personnel to improve performance
• Applying Lean principles and visual management tools to improve safety, quality, and productivity
• Improving production flow, labor utilization, and overall operational efficiency
• Supporting staffing decisions and production planning
• Partnering with Supply Chain to achieve SIFOT and customer service goals
• Participating in Tier 3 meetings and developing solutions for underperforming KPIs
