Welder​/Fabricator - TIG

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Welder/Fabricator specializing in TIG welding to join our fabrication team. In this role, you will fabricate high-quality architectural metal railing systems and components for commercial construction projects.

Our work requires precision and craftsmanship, as many components have exposed architectural finishes. The ideal candidate has experience with stainless steel, aluminum, and carbon steel, can read shop drawings, and produces clean, accurate welds and assemblies.

• Perform TIG welding and fabrication of architectural railing systems and related components.
• Fabricate handrails, guardrails, posts, frames, brackets, and other custom metal components.
• Read and interpret shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and project specifications.
• Measure, cut, fit, weld, grind, and assemble components according to approved drawings.
• Produce clean, consistent welds suitable for exposed architectural applications.
• Operate saws, grinders, drills, plasma cutters, welding equipment, and other fabrication tools.
• Verify dimensions, alignment, angles, and overall fit before final welding.
• Inspect completed work for quality, accuracy, and conformance with project requirements.
• Follow company safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Work closely with other fabricators, finishers, and shop personnel to meet production schedules.

• Previous experience as a Welder/Fabricator, preferably in architectural or custom metal fabrication.
• Strong TIG welding skills required; stainless steel experience highly preferred.
• Experience with aluminum and carbon steel is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural shop and fabrication drawings.
• Strong fitting, measuring, cutting, grinding, and assembly skills.
• Ability to produce clean welds for high-visibility architectural applications.
• Experience with common fabrication equipment, power tools, and measuring tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced team.
• Experience with architectural railings, decorative metals, or glass railing systems is a strong plus.
