Oncall Staffing is hiring dependable Machine Operators for a food manufacturing facility specializing in the processing, production, and packaging of packaged food products.

The successful candidate will operate and monitor industrial production machinery, help maintain an efficient production line, inspect products for quality, and follow established food safety and sanitation procedures.

• Operate and monitor production machinery and processing equipment.
• Assist with machine setup, adjustments, and routine operating checks.
• Monitor production lines to ensure equipment operates efficiently.
• Inspect products and packaging for defects, damage, or inconsistencies.
• Identify and report equipment malfunctions or production issues.
• Maintain consistent production flow and meet daily production goals.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and quality control procedures.
• Keep machinery and work areas clean and organized.
• Follow lockout/tagout and other safety procedures when applicable and authorized.
• Assist with other production tasks as assigned.

• Previous machine operation, manufacturing, or production experience preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and written or verbal procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and safety.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive physical tasks.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.

This is a hands-on position in an industrial food production facility. Employees must follow hygiene, sanitation, personal protective equipment, and workplace safety requirements.
