Job Title: General Production Worker

Job Summary: We are seeking dependable and hardworking General Production Workers to assist with daily manufacturing and production operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing general labor duties, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and helping ensure production goals are met.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with general production and manufacturing tasks.
• Assemble, package, label, and inspect products as needed.
• Load and unload materials and move products throughout the facility.
• Operate basic production equipment and machinery as trained.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards.
• Meet production goals and follow instructions from supervisors.
• Perform other general labor duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Previous production or warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and a good work ethic.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and move materials as required by the position.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Work Environment: Work may take place in a manufacturing or production facility. Employees may be exposed to noise, moving equipment, and varying temperatures depending on the work area. Appropriate personal protective equipment must be worn as required.

Employment Type: Full-time or as assigned.
