Tru Blu HR Solutions is urgently seeking 5 General Laborers / Grinder Helpers for an industrial manufacturing facility in Northwest Houston. No grinding experience is required – training will be provided! Candidates must be dependable, hardworking, and comfortable working outdoors in hot weather conditions.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist with cleaning and finishing metal products.
- Operate handheld grinders to remove excess material and clean finished parts.
- Perform general labor duties throughout the shop and yard.
- Assist the finishing department with organizing and moving materials.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Follow all safety procedures and supervisor instructions.
Job Requirements
- grinding experience required.
- Industrial, manufacturing, or general labor experience is a plus.
- Must be comfortable working outdoors in extreme heat and changing weather conditions.
- Must be willing to work 60–70 hours per week, including weekends.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must have steel-toe boots.
- Must be dependable and able to perform physically demanding work.
