Manufacturing Technician

**** 18 month Contract to hire role****

Manufacturing Technicians support the fabrication, assembly, testing, and continuous improvement of semiconductor manufacturing equipment. This role partners closely with engineering and operations teams to ensure efficient, high‑quality production outcomes.

• Perform high‑level electro‑mechanical assembly of components, sub‑assemblies, and final systems
• Follow schematics, diagrams, test procedures, and work instructions
• Assemble, test, troubleshoot, and repair semiconductor fabrication equipment
• Support process development, improvement initiatives, and engineering change implementation
• Assist with test procedures, test fixture usage, and data collection
• Identify root causes of assembly or test issues and support corrective actions
• Monitor and inspect parts to ensure availability, quality, and readiness
• Adhere to all safety, quality, and clean‑room procedures

This position may require standing for extended periods, walking, working in tight spaces, bending, squatting, kneeling, lifting, using hand and power tools, distinguishing between colors, and working in noisy environments. Clean room work may require PPE such as coveralls, gloves, safety glasses, respirators, and face shields.
