Social Media Manager On-Site Houston Office

The Social Media Manager will develop and execute content strategies that engage audiences, increase brand visibility, and drive measurable results. This dynamic, hands‑on role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, loves storytelling, and understands how to leverage content to make an impact.

Onsite in Houston, TX

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage comprehensive social media strategies for multiple brands.
  • Plan and maintain content calendars and posting schedules across Linked In, Instagram, Facebook, X, and You Tube.
  • Conceptualize, create, and edit original, engaging content (graphics, short‑form videos, reels, stories, etc.).
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, design, sales) to ensure consistent messaging and brand voice.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics, report insights, and recommend adjustments.
  • Stay current with trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to keep content fresh and competitive.
  • Manage community engagement, responding to followers and fostering connections.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 3+ years of proven social media management experience (agency or multi‑brand experience preferred).
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills with a sharp eye for design.
  • Familiarity with tools like Smartsheet, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Hub Spot, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Data‑driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and adapt strategies.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects.
