Senior Associate, Marketing Generalist

Supports a sales-oriented B2B marketing organization by ensuring consistent brand execution, quality of content, reliable performance reporting, process adherence across the department, and supports roll out strategy for all new programs and services put into the market. Manages copy editing, brand governance, special projects, marketing operations support, develops ad hoc presentations, and process optimization to  support marketing program roll out and the sales team with tools.

Manage triple constraints within each project and partner with external vendors and internal partners to get the job done while creating efficiencies.

**** Responsibilities:
***** Bachelors Degree
* At least 2 years of experience in Marketing
* At least 1 year of experience in Direct advertising
* Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Advertising or Consumer Behavior
* 5+ years of experience in Marketing
* 2+ years of experience in Market Research
* Strong copy editing, proofreading, and grammar skills
* Experience enforcing brand guidelines
* Experience creating B2B presentations and talking points
* Proficiency with marketing and reporting tools (e.g., Hub Spot, Marketo, Pardot, Salesforce, Looker Studio, Tableau, Excel)
* Strong organizational skills and experience documenting processes or workflows
* Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
* Experience in a sales-driven or regulated industry (e.g., financial services, healthcare, technology, manufacturing)
* Experience building reports or dashboards for leadership
