POSITION TITLE: Marketing Manager

LOCATION: This is a full-time, hybrid position based at our Houston office located at 13101 Northwest Freeway.

PAY RATE: $80,000/yr

About the Role

The Marketing Manager will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing initiatives designed to fuel growth and brand visibility across Lexitas service lines. You’ll collaborate closely with sales, operations, and business unit leaders to deliver targeted, high-impact campaigns that generate leads and strengthen market presence.

This is a strategic and hands‑on role for a data‑driven marketer who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys balancing creativity with execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute regional marketing strategies, programs, and campaigns that align with company goals.
  • Build awareness and consistency in the Lexitas brand across all service lines.
  • Partner with business unit leaders to advocate for regional marketing needs and contribute to corporate campaign planning.
  • Collaborate with regional sales teams and partners to design quarterly go‑to‑market plans that drive pipeline growth.
  • Plan and manage regional events—seminars, webinars, trade shows, and client engagement activities.
  • Support onboarding and marketing launch efforts for new channel partners.
  • Track, measure, and report on marketing performance and ROI.
  • Manage regional marketing budgets and optimize spend for maximum impact.
  • Lead quarterly business reviews with partners and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment.
  • Oversee and mentor Marketing Coordinators as the department grows.
What You’ll Bring
  • Proven success developing and executing integrated marketing and demand generation campaigns for B2B or professional service organizations.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate service offerings into business value.
  • A balance of strategic vision and hands‑on execution—able to plan, pivot, and deliver results.
  • Expertise in Salesforce and marketing automation tools (preferably Pardot).
  • Strong project management abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
  • A collaborative, team‑first mindset that thrives in a high‑growth, fast‑paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time for events, meetings, and conferences.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 5–10 years of relevant marketing experience in high‑growth service companies.
  • Demonstrated success leading regional or field marketing initiatives.
  • Experience managing budgets, vendors, and cross‑functional partnerships.
  • Familiarity with service management, enterprise application, or technology integration marketing is a plus.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Marketing Manager may oversee Marketing Coordinators as the department and function are built out. May also assign duties and delegate task to marketing team members as required based on workload and skill set.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from internal and external customers whose first language is English.
