Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts

Salary: $28 - $30 per hour

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Public Relations Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping and maintaining a positive public image for our organization. As a Public Relations Associate, you will be responsible for crafting compelling narratives that resonate with diverse audiences and help to further our mission.

• Develop and implement public relations campaigns to promote the organization's initiatives and goals.
• Write press releases, speeches, and other communication materials that effectively convey our messages.
• Assist in organizing and managing events, including press conferences, community outreach, and promotional events.
• Monitor media coverage and analyze public perception of the organization, providing reports to management on key findings.
• Maintain relationships with media representatives and respond to inquiries promptly and professionally.

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in public relations or a related communications role.
• Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficient in media relations and comfortable engaging with journalists and stakeholders.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital communication strategies.
