eCommerce Analyst

  • Responsible for the coordination between internal sales and marketing teams with key agency support teams
  • Work with teams to drive growth on E-commerce platforms
  • E-commerce expert for internal teams
  • Manage ROAS and KPIs to ensure efficient spending
  • Shopper Marketing Budget management
  • Deduction/payment management
  • Monthly reporting
  • Weekly calls with Agency partners
  • Manage development of eCommerce content and assortment with Marketing teams
  • Work cross-functionally with trade to align shopper marketing programs with promotional events – manage event calendars
  • Forecast volume lift for shopper marketing events and submit to Sales Operation
