Sr. Internal Communications Specialist

We're looking for a Senior Internal Communications Specialist, someone who's ready to be part of a growing team with amazing opportunities. develop clear and compelling content and manage communication channels that drive engagement, build organizational ambassadors and inspire employees to take action.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

* Supports the development and execution of an enterprise-wide internal communications strategy aligned with organizational goals

* Crafts high-quality, audience-focused communications including leadership messages, intranet content, talking points, video scripts, presentations and campaign materials

* Manages and optimizes internal communication channels (e.g., intranet, newsletters, digital signage, email, town halls)

* Builds strong relationships with clinical, research, operational and administrative partners to understand their communication needs

* Develops initiatives that foster employee connection, recognition and engagement

* Tracks and analyzes communication performance metrics and prepare regular metric reports

Skills & Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in public relations, journalism, communications, or related field required

* 4 years of experience with internal communications, corporate communications, or employee engagement required

* Experience in healthcare, nonprofit or mission-driven organizations preferred

* Change management communication experience preferred
