Marketing Graphics Communication Coordinator – Federal Signal Corporation (Jetstream of Houston)

We are looking for a skilled marketing graphics communicator to produce advertisements, direct‑marketing tools, trade‑show graphics, brochures, product data sheets and digital marketing assets.

• Design and produce select advertisements, direct‑marketing tools, trade‑show graphics, brochures, spec sheets, cutaway illustrations, and in‑house audio/video projects.
• Serve as liaison with vendors for quotes, proofing, and the print production process.
• Develop and maintain graphics and animations for ESG websites and digital marketing tools, including web page templates and 360 interactive product tours.
• Collaborate with engineering to create cutaway illustrations and animations that convey product functionality.
• Manage the electronic library of photos for Jetstream, ensuring timely uploads and updates of new products and custom units.
• Prepare and update company catalogs, brochures, and other marketing materials with current product information.
• Plan and prepare marketing material and booth exhibits for Jetstream trade shows; coordinate travel, booth assembly, and tear‑down.
• Execute and coordinate production of product literature, releases, and data sheets with Market Managers and Product Managers.
• Work closely with the Marketing Manager and internal contacts to develop messaging and create cost‑efficient graphic designs.
• Purchase specialty promotional items within budget to increase visibility in the distribution channel.
• Multitask, prioritize, manage time efficiently and meet deadlines.
• Travel 10‑15% of the time; occasional weekend travel for trade shows may be required.
• Participate in special assignments as requested.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, Public Relations, or Business discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in a marketing role involving layout, design, and desktop publishing.
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with animation and 3D rendering.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Marketing automation/systems experience is a plus.
• Organized, reliable, detail‑oriented, and able to follow up on tasks.
• Copywriting and proofreading skills are a plus.
• Knowledge of photography and video is a plus.
