• Collaborate cross‑functionally with product managers, marketers, and customer‑facing teams to develop, position, and launch products globally.
• Drive go‑to‑market excellence, including market validation, messaging, positioning, and launch execution to maximize adoption and impact.
• Craft compelling narratives and packaging to drive customer engagement, differentiation, and long‑term growth.
• Lead competitive intelligence efforts and provide in‑depth analysis and strategic positioning to ensure Circle’s payments products stay ahead of the competition.
• Develop data‑driven insights that inform and refine product and marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business goals.
• Steer high‑impact strategic initiatives, driving cross‑functional projects that shape the company’s direction and market influence.

• 8+ years in B2B Product Marketing or equivalent, owning product GTM strategy and execution.
• 4+ years of experience in fintech, payments, or financial services, with the ability to quickly ramp up in new industries.
• Solid grasp of blockchain fundamentals, including stable coins, payments infrastructure, and crypto rails.
• Growth mindset, agility, and ability to handle ambiguity and drive rapid execution.
• Customer‑centric, technical storyteller skills with the ability to translate complexity into clarity.
• Proactive team player who works independently and thrives in collaborative teams.
• Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills to align priorities, unblock execution, and deliver seamless customer experiences.
• Strategic thinking with the ability to synthesize market trends, competitor movements, and customer feedback.

Base Pay Range: $185,000 - $237,500 (based on experience, skills, and business needs). Compensation may vary by location.
