Position OverviewWe’re looking for a versatile and results-driven Marketing Specialist
to join our fast-paced, collaborative marketing team. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who’s also a hands-on executor, someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and can manage projects from concept to completion.
You’ll play a key role in driving multi-channel marketing initiatives across digital, content, events, and campaign strategy. From crafting compelling content to optimizing digital performance and supporting event execution, you’ll help shape the voice and visibility of Cybersoft’s brands.
Key Responsibilities Campaign Strategy & Execution- Lead quarterly marketing planning and maintain a dynamic content calendar.
- Present marketing plans and performance updates to leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Identify and streamline marketing processes for scalability and efficiency.
- Write and edit high-impact content, including blogs, newsletters, email campaigns, landing pages, presentations, and video scripts.
- Ensure consistency and quality of messaging across all platforms.
- Support thought leadership with polished decks, talking points, and visual assets.
- Manage and update company websites (copy, visuals, page builds).
- Monitor site performance using analytics tools and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate on SEO, CRO, and digital optimization initiatives.
- Coordinate marketing efforts for national and regional events.
- Oversee logistics such as site selection, vendor management, and promotional materials.
- Serve as the primary marketing contact for event communications.
- Design marketing assets, including sales collateral, social media graphics, product sheets, and presentations.
- Edit video and audio content for webinars, podcasts, and promotional use.
- Manage digital ad campaigns and analyze performance metrics to optimize spending and ROI.
- Coordinate with external vendors (designers, videographers, media partners).
- Keep projects on track and aligned with brand strategy.
- Organize campaign assets, testimonials, and content approvals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in SaaS or K-12 education.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools (Pardot preferred).
- Working knowledge of web design and basic HTML/CSS.
- Experience with graphic design and video editing software.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
