This role sits at the absolute heart of the brand's growth strategy. Reporting into the Head of Events & Partnerships and collaborating closely with the Head of Brand, you will transform broader marketing vision into an active, high-performing social media and content execution plan. You will own key channels—including Instagram and Tik Tok—giving you a direct platform to shape brand identity, scale community engagement, and deliver high-impact digital content.

• Develop and execute social strategy: Partner with key brand leaders to shape comprehensive content and creator strategies, taking full ownership of day-to-day implementation.

• Produce multi-format content: Create, edit, and publish dynamic short-form videos and visual content natively or via scheduling platforms (e.g., Buffer), appearing on camera with confidence when needed.

• Manage creator networks: Drive outreach, onboarding, and monthly campaign deliverables across a growing network of creators and partners.

• Deliver precise briefings: Brief external creators, agency partners, and creative vendors to ensure final deliverables align with brand vision and performance briefs.

• Support event activations: Collaborate on integrated marketing campaigns, combining digital creator efforts with real-world activations and event content.

• Maintain calendar consistency: Maintain a reliable content cadence across primary channels (Instagram brand/community accounts, Tik Tok) to maximize reach and audience engagement.

• Required:

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, or creator marketing gained within an agency, in-house brand team, or as a freelancer.

  • Proven portfolio demonstrating high-quality short-form video creation, editing skills, and successful channel growth.

  • High proficiency with major social platforms (Instagram, Tik Tok) and scheduling/analytics tools like Buffer.

  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills to handle multiple campaign workflows simultaneously.

• Preferred:

  • Prior experience working within the consumer goods, fitness, or performance lifestyle sectors.

  • Hands‑on experience with secondary social platforms including You Tube, X, Pinterest, and Facebook.
