Our client is a US-based digital marketing agency with a customer-first, growth-oriented mission, helping businesses across retail, healthcare, and industrial sectors get real results from their online advertising. They're looking for a detail-oriented, analytically driven Paid Media Specialist to join their social team, own Meta advertising performance, and support Google Ads work across a diverse portfolio of B2B and B2C clients.

• Set up, launch, and optimize Meta advertising campaigns, including retargeting and Advantage+ campaign structures, ensuring budgets, targeting, landing pages, and conversions are configured correctly.
• Analyze creative performance and recommend changes to improve account results, driving creative testing across messaging, formats, hooks, visuals, and offers.
• Build audiences based on customer interests, demographics, behaviors, and engagement signals, and set up Meta Pixels and conversion tracking on client websites.
• Support Google Ads accounts with keyword research, campaign strategy, ad copywriting, and weekly maintenance and optimization.
• Write compelling ad copy aligned with client goals, customer pain points, and stages of the customer journey.
• Collaborate with the Account Management team, Content team, Graphic Designer, and Marketing Consultant to plan strategies and keep campaigns on track.

• Proven experience setting up and managing Meta and retargeting campaigns, including audience building and pixel implementation.
• Hands-on Google Ads experience, including keyword research, campaign setup, and ongoing management.
• Strong command of conversion tracking setup and strategy.
• Solid ad copywriting skills with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences and funnel stages.
• An analytical mindset, with the ability to assess creative performance and recommend data-backed optimizations.
• Detail orientation, strategic thinking, strong time management, and a collaborative working style.

• Google Ads Certification.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, Google Tag Manager, retargeting platforms, and call tracking software.
• Previous agency experience managing multiple client accounts.
