Merixcen is seeking a motivated and personable Marketing Assistant - Entry Level to join our Houston team. This position supports day-to-day marketing and business activities while helping maintain clear, professional communication with clients and team members.
Responsibilities- Assist with daily marketing and business support activities
- Support the preparation of company and client materials
- Assist with organizing marketing-related projects and activities
- Help coordinate meetings, presentations, and professional engagements
- Assist with maintaining organized project information and materials
- Assist with coordinating timelines and daily priorities
- Support client-facing activities when needed
- Work collaboratively with different teams
- Follow established company procedures and guidelines
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude
- High school diploma or equivalent
