CMGA Insurance is seeking a motivated, outgoing, and creative Bilingual (English/Spanish) Marketing Representative to join our team. This full-time, in-office position is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, promoting a brand, creating content, and supporting company events and marketing initiatives.
We are looking for someone who is organized, professional, comfortable communicating with others, and willing to take initiative.
Schedule:Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM
Work Setting:In Office
Key Responsibilities- Represent CMGA Insurance at company, community, and promotional events.
- Assist with social media content, promotions, and marketing campaigns.
- Create and capture short-form video and photo content for social media.
- Assist with social media posts, captions, and marketing materials.
- Help promote CMGA's brand, services, and community involvement.
- Communicate with employees, managers, customers, and community partners in a professional manner.
- Assist with company events, sponsor ships, community activities, and special projects.
- Help coordinate and distribute promotional materials and marketing items.
- Monitor social media engagement, comments, and messages.
- Stay current with social media trends and marketing opportunities.
- Bring creative ideas to help increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Support additional marketing and company projects as needed.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
- Marketing, social media, customer service, or related experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable representing CMGA publicly.
- Basic knowledge of social media and content creation.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Must be available Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM, in office.
- Reliable transportation required for occasional events and marketing activities.
