We are seeking a Social Media Manager to lead strategy, content, and audience engagement across Mavins' social platforms. The ideal candidate is creative, data-driven, and motivated to build an influential online presence for a growing professional-services brand.

• Develop and implement a social-media strategy that increases brand awareness and engagement.
• Create, schedule, and manage content across platforms such as Linked In, Instagram, and X.
• Monitor social trends and adapt plans to maintain relevance and impact.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments, and help build an active online community.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align messages and campaigns.
• Track performance metrics and turn results into practical improvements.

What you bring

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• At least three years of experience managing social media for professional brands.
• Strong knowledge of social platforms and analytics tools.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• A creative mindset and the ability to deliver engaging campaigns.
• Familiarity with graphic-design or video-editing tools is an advantage.
