Retail & Event Marketing Assistant

Aegon Consulting is growing our Houston team, and we’re looking for an outgoing, motivated Retail & Event Marketing Assistant who enjoys working with people and wants to build real-world experience in marketing, retail, sales, events, and customer engagement
.

If you’re the person who can walk into a room, start a conversation, and make people feel comfortable, you’ll fit right in.

As a Retail & Event Marketing Assistant, you’ll help bring marketing campaigns to life through face-to-face customer interaction and event-based promotions.

• Representing client brands at retail locations, events, and community activations
• Engaging directly with customers and creating positive brand experiences
• Supporting event marketing and promotional campaigns
• Helping increase brand awareness and customer acquisition
• Answering questions and providing product or service information
• Assisting with sales and customer follow-up
• Learning how marketing campaigns are planned, launched, and measured
• Working with the team to meet campaign and customer engagement goals

You don’t need years of experience. We care more about your attitude, work ethic, communication skills, and willingness to learn.
