We are seeking a motivated and creativeMarketing/Sales Internto support corporate marketing andsales enablementinitiatives in a fast-paced, professionaltaxconsulting and sales environment.

This internship offers hands-on exposure to marketing operations, event coordination, and salesenablementsupport. The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, and eager to contribute while building foundational marketing skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Marketing Event Coordination
• Support planning and execution of internal and external marketing events
• Assist with logistics, materials, and vendor coordination
• Help prepare presentations, marketing collateral, and client-facing materials
• Partner with salesenablementon campaign creation,follow-up and tracking
• AI & Content Support
• Utilize Microsoft CopilotAI tools to generate content ideas and improve workflows
• Proofreading & Content Quality
• Review and edit marketing materials for accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency
• Creative Business Solutions
• Contribute ideas to improve marketing effectiveness and engagement
• Project Management
• Assist in tracking deadlines, managing tasks, and supporting campaign execution

Work Environment Expectations

• Must workon-sitein Houston, TX(Galleria area) with the U.S. Marketing and Sales Enablementteam on scheduled workdays, 3 days per week.
• Collaborative, deadline-driven environment requiring adaptability and initiative

Qualifications

Currently pursuing aBachelor’sdegreein:

• Marketing
• Business Administration
• Communications
• Or a related field

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office(Excel, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity withAI tools, specifically Microsoft Copilot
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong writing and proofreading abilities
• Organized with strong attention to detail
