Communications and Sales Marketing Assistant

Aegon Consulting is adding to our Houston team, and we're looking for someone who likes people, communication, sales, and a fast-moving workday.

If you're the person who can walk into a room, start a conversation, learn quickly, and keep things moving, you'll probably fit in well here.

This is an entry-level Communications, Sales, and Marketing position. You don't need a marketing degree or years of experience. We train you on our process, our clients, and the day-to-day side of the business.

• Talk with customers and represent our clients professionally
• Help with sales and customer acquisition
• Support marketing campaigns and promotions
• Build relationships through face-to-face communication
• Answer questions and help customers find the right information
• Learn how sales and marketing campaigns are run
• Attend team meetings, training sessions, and client events
• Work toward individual and team goals
• Take on more responsibility as you learn the business

• Friendly and comfortable talking to new people
• Motivated and willing to learn
• Reliable and professional
• Competitive without being difficult to work with
• Comfortable in a customer-facing environment
• Interested in sales, marketing, communications, or business development

Experience in retail, restaurants, hospitality, customer service, sales, events, sports, or campus organizations can translate well into this position.
