It is also their responsibility to ensure that all marketing material is aligned with FYZICAL’s brand identity and to nurture physician relationships for all clinics in the region.##

We specialize in orthopedic rehabilitation, balance and vestibular therapy, neurological rehabilitation, and fall prevention.  We are looking for a motivated, outgoing, and results-driven Marketing Manager to help expand our presence in the community, develop strategic referral relationships, and drive patient growth.

Position Overview The Business Development Associate will initially focus on
** physician liaison activities**, developing relationships with healthcare providers and generating new patient referrals.  As the business grows, the role will expand into broader business development initiatives, including strategic partnerships, community outreach, marketing campaigns, and new growth opportunities.  ###

Key Responsibilities
** Physician Relations & Referral Development*
* * Build and maintain relationships with primary care physicians, orthopedic surgeons, neurologists, pain management specialists, and other healthcare providers.
* Conduct regular in-person visits to physician offices throughout Northwest Houston.
* Educate referral partners on FYZICAL's services, specialties, and patient care offerings.
* Identify and develop new referral sources while strengthening existing relationships.
* Coordinate with clinic leadership to ensure a seamless referral experience.
** Business Development & Growth
*** Identify opportunities to increase patient referrals and expand market presence.
* Develop partnerships with local businesses, healthcare organizations, and community groups.
* Assist with outreach campaigns, promotional initiatives, and community events.
* Research prospective referral partners and new business opportunities.
* Support additional growth initiatives as the organization expands.
** Relationship Management & Reporting*
* * Maintain accurate records of outreach activity, referral sources, and follow-ups.
* Track referral trends and evaluate the effectiveness of business development efforts.
* Provide regular updates to clinic leadership on progress, opportunities, and results.
* Establish and execute weekly outreach plans with measurable goals.### Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree preferred, particularly in business, marketing, communications, healthcare administration, or a related field.
