Public Relations Assistant

We are seeking a proactive and well-organized Public Relations Assistant to support relationship-building activities, assist with company events, and help prepare public-facing information. • Assist with planning and coordinating outreach activities and public-facing initiatives.
• Help prepare informational materials, presentations, and approved company announcements.
• Support the coordination of company events, promotional appearances, and community activities.
• Share accurate company information with customers and other audiences.
• Respond to general questions and refer specialized inquiries to the appropriate team.
• Help organize schedules, contact information, and records related to outreach activities.
• Collect audience feedback and communicate relevant observations to colleagues.
• Coordinate with internal teams to maintain accurate and consistent messaging.
• Assist with preparing materials and logistical details for public engagement activities.
• Represent Harvest Advertising Inc. professionally during events and external interactions.
