Openwork is currently engaged in a search to find a creative and strategic Marketing Manager in Houston, TX. In this highly impactful and dynamic role, you will be responsible for combining high-level graphic design expertise with strategic marketing oversight to lead our client's marketing division.
In a Marketing Manager job you’ll be responsible for:Planning, driving, and executing strategic marketing campaigns across digital, print, and direct mail channels.
Combining graphic design skills with strategic oversight to produce high-quality collateral for multimedia platforms.
Overseeing company website initiatives and directing third-party vendors on digital user experience
Leading and supporting a team of three direct reports handling administrative support, trade show prep, and direct mailings for sales representatives
Collaborating with Sales Managers and the Director of Sales & Marketing to support business development efforts from a marketing standpoint
Utilizing Google Analytics and CRM data insights to optimize campaign performance and guide future strategies
Supporting trade show preparation and attending events as needed (approximately 10% travel)
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field (REQUIRED)
5+ years of dedicated marketing experience, including direct supervisory/leadership experience (REQUIRED)
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Lightroom, Acrobat) (REQUIRED)
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with CRM platforms and Google Analytics (REQUIRED)
Industry background in manufacturing or familiarity with printing production equipment (HUGE PLUS)
Direct-Hire, starting salary of $90,000 per year
Consistent, full-time day schedule (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
Leadership role guiding a team of three in a collaborative, in-house manufacturing environment
