Communications Graduate Rotational Program

The Communications Graduate Rotational Program is a structured three-year development program designed to build future communications professionals through immersive rotational assignments. Participants gain progressive experience in digital content creation, strategic messaging, and community relations.

The program is designed to provide graduates with exposure to the full spectrum of communications functions through a series of immersive rotational assignments. Each year focuses on a different area of expertise, allowing participants to build progressively broader skills and prepare for long-term career opportunities within the communications function.

Create audience-focused content for social media, websites and multimedia campaigns, including short-form video, infographics and visual explainers. Gain hands‑on experience across the content lifecycle, from concept and production through publication, amplification and performance analysis, learning how to adapt content to different platforms.

Develop press releases, executive briefs and talking points, brochures, presentations and stakeholder communications. Gain experience in corporate storytelling, issues management and reputation, while building the skills to translate complex business topics into clear, compelling messages for different audiences.

Support community partnerships, outreach programs, charitable initiatives, employee volunteering and community stakeholder engagement while developing relationship‑building and project management skills.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a communications-related discipline
• Recent graduate or early-career professional
• Internship, co‑op, freelance, campus media or relevant academic project experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience creating digital content using Adobe Creative Cloud or similar tools
