You will craft strategy with the AVP, manage a 100–125 donor pool with a focus on $1M+ gifts and a potential $2.5M–$5M annual pipeline. Strong leadership and data-driven stewardship are essential.
This role requires senior collaboration, a proven ability to close large gifts, and travel up to 40%. A Bachelor's degree or CFRE is preferred.
