Salary: $90,000 – $140,000 per year.

• Current State of Texas license or temporary/compact license to practice professional nursing
• Certified in Basic Life Support
• Cardiac Critical Care or Pediatric Critical Care experience
• Recent 3–5 years ICU experience
• BSN or ADN (with ability to obtain BSN within 3 years)

• Comfortable in high‑stress situations and able to self‑direct care process
• ECMO certification or additional certifications based on discipline and/or nursing unit (PALS, ACLS, etc.)
