• Administer medications under nurse supervision
• Monitor and record residents’ vital signs
• Assist with ADLs and personal care
• Report changes in residents’ condition
• Participate in group activities and care conferences
• Support a clean, safe environment

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of required medication training
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
• Ability to work varied shifts
