  Full Time – 5 day week (8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.)

• Manage chronic diseases within an outpatient setting
• Provide pediatric care and family medicine services
• Deliver women’s and men’s health services
• Perform minor office procedures
• Utilize on‑site laboratory for patient testing
