Home Infusion IVIG Therapy Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking an experienced Home Infusion Registered Nurse (RN) to provide IVIG (Intravenous Immunoglobulin) therapy to stable outpatient patients in the Houston, TX 77539 area.

This part-time opportunity offers flexible scheduling, autonomy, and meaningful one-on-one patient care in a home setting. Nurses work independently while supported by a dedicated clinical coordination and specialty pharmacy team to ensure safe, high-quality infusion services.

• Administer IVIG and other specialty infusions in accordance with provider orders and established protocols

• Perform pre-, intra-, and post-infusion patient assessments and monitor for adverse reactions

• Initiate and manage IV access, including peripheral IVs, PICCs, and implanted ports

• Educate patients and caregivers on infusion therapy, medications, and home-care best practices

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards

• Communicate effectively with clinical coordinators and pharmacy partners to support continuity of care

Required

• Active Texas RN license or compact multistate RN license

• Minimum 1 year of recent IV infusion, home infusion, or acute care nursing experience

• Strong IV skills, including vascular access and infusion pump management

• Current BLS certification (AHA or equivalent)

• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance

Preferred

• Prior IVIG or specialty infusion experience

• Home infusion or outpatient infusion background

• CRNI® or infusion-related certification

• Competitive hourly pay: $40.00 – $45.00 based on experience
