A hospital in Houston, TX is seeking a mid-level Clinical Manager RN for its Operating Room department. This is a full-time, in-person position requiring dedicated night shift availability.
ResponsibilitiesThe Clinical Manager RN will provide leadership and oversight within the Operating Room, supporting daily clinical operations and staff management. This position draws on direct OR management experience to guide surgical teams, uphold standards of care, and coordinate unit-level activities during evening and night shift hours.
Qualifications- Active RN Texas License, or active multi‑state compact RN license, clear of stipulations or disciplinary actions
- BSN, BLS, and a minimum of 2 years of OR acute care experience
- 3 years of current OR management experience (Supervisor, Assistant Clinical Manager, Clinical Manager, or Director)
- Updated resume with accurate job history dates and units worked
- Full‑time night shift availability (no day shift, transfers, promotional opportunities, or part‑time roles)
- Ability to communicate efficiently
Full‑time night/evening shift; day shift not available for this role.
Compensation$89,000 - $134,000 per year
