** Day shift with on-call requirements; 2 nights per week call and 1 weekend per month; 1:1 patient ratios
Highlights:
- Specialize in cardiovascular operating room procedures including CABG surgeries
- Work in a dedicated 13-bed CVOR unit with an experienced team of 62 clinical staff members
- Utilize Meditech EMR system for documentation and patient care coordination
- Collaborate with a supportive day shift team including dedicated charge nurse and board runner
- No floating requirements – remain dedicated to the cardiovascular operating room
- Comprehensive on-call structure supporting critical cardiac procedures
- Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse license in Texas or compact state eligibility
- Minimum 2 years of cardiovascular operating room experience required
- Strong circulating skills for cardiac procedures – mandatory requirement
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Experience with CABG procedures and cardiac surgical cases
