** Rotating shifts with every other weekend;
Day shift options 7a-7p, Night shift 7p-7a;
Patient ratio 1:4
** Highlights:**- 30-bed Emergency Department with modern equipment including Baxter IV pumps, GE Monitors, Ventilators, BiPAP/CPAP, and Belmont Rapid Infusers
- Comprehensive emergency procedures including NIH stroke protocols, moderate sedation, TNK administration, and cardiac monitoring
- Meditech EMR system
- Collaborative team environment with dedicated charge nurses and multidisciplinary staff
- No floating required – remain in your assigned department
- Opportunities to utilize advanced emergency certifications
** Requirements:**- Active Texas RN license or compact state license- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (required)- TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) certification required- ENPC (Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course) preferred
- Emergency Department nursing experience
- Proficiency in IV insertion, blood draws, and emergency procedures
- Strong team collaboration skills with compassionate, empathetic patient care approach
