• Position: Registered Nurse – Pediatric CICU

• Sign-On Bonus: $30,000
• Relocation Assistance: Case-by-case
• Shift Differentials: $4/hour for nights and $2/hour for weekends

• Provide direct nursing care to critically ill pediatric patients with congenital heart disease and/or those undergoing cardiac surgery.
• Develop, implement, evaluate, and document individualized, family-centered care plans.
• Maintain a safe and therapeutic patient care environment.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and process improvements.
• Educate patients and families as part of daily nursing care.

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
• Minimum 1 year of recent Pediatric ICU RN experience in an acute-care hospital.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) within 6 months of hire.
• CCRN certification preferred.
