Texas RN licence.
Preferred: home health DON; CHAP accreditation; QAPI; other accreditation / survey readiness;
Medicare / OASIS / CMS.
Schedule:
Full-time permanent. Start: ASAP. Pay: $70,000–$110,000 a year, depending on experience and scope.
