Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to support patient care and clinical operations at an outpatient practice in Fort Worth, Texas.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians in providing quality patient care.

• Perform patient examinations, obtain medical histories, and conduct physical assessments.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.

• Order and review diagnostic tests and collaborate with providers to develop treatment plans.

• Administer treatments as directed by the physician.

• Complete clinical orders, documentation, and billing charges in a timely manner.

• Provide patient education, counseling, and guidance regarding ongoing care and medical conditions.

Requirements

• Advanced practice nursing degree or Physician Assistant professional degree.

• Active Texas license required.

• DEA registration required.

• Minimum 3 years of experience preferred.

Additional Qualifications

• Proficiency with EMR systems and clinical documentation.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Ability to maintain scheduled clinic hours and manage patient appointments effectively.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Professional and respectful approach to patients, physicians, and staff.

Schedule and Work Environment

• Clinics typically operate Monday through Friday.

• Work hours may be subject to change.

• Personal protective equipment is provided when necessary.

Compensation: Open to discussion based on qualifications and experience.
