LEAD APP - Urgent Care Physician Assistant​/Nurse Practitioner

Integrative Emergency Services (IES) is seeking dedicated Lead APP to join our growing urgent care teams at Baylor Scott & White and Next Care locations throughout Texas. With opportunities across the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex, Austin, San Antonio, Houston, Central Texas, and surrounding communities, APPs can explore positions that align with their preferred location, schedule, and career goals.

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
• Active, unrestricted Texas NP or PA license, or eligibility to obtain
• National certification appropriate to the provider's discipline
• Active DEA registration or ability to obtain
• Active BLS certification
• Ability to evaluate and treat patients across all age groups
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently within applicable scope-of-practice requirements and established clinical protocols
• Willingness to work applicable weekday, weekend, and holiday shifts based on location needs
• DOT certification or willingness to obtain (certification fees covered)

• Previous Leadership experience
• Previous urgent care, emergency medicine, family medicine, or fast-track experience
• Proficiency in common urgent care procedures
• Experience with initial X-ray interpretation prior to radiology over-read
• Familiarity with electronic health records
• Strong patient education, teamwork, and clinical decision-making skills
