This Telemetry travel nurse job in Kingwood, Texas, is a 13-week Registered Nurse (RN) assignment with Anders Group. This role pays $1,753 per week and follows a day shift with a 3x12 schedule.
In this Telemetry travel nursing job, you will monitor cardiac rhythms and patient conditions, administer medications and treatments, identify changes requiring intervention, document care accurately, and coordinate care with physicians and the clinical team.

Requirements for this Travel Telemetry Assignment- 2+ years of recent Telemetry experience
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Active Texas RN license or Compact License, if applicable
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Provide bedside nursing care in the Telemetry unit
- Create and update individualized patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- Document patient care accurately in EMR systems
- Promote patient safety and quality outcomes
