Provide compassionate, evidence-based nursing care to complex rehabilitation patients. Perform comprehensive patient assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, and coordinate with an interdisciplinary team to support optimal recovery.
- Administer medications and treatments according to clinical standards
- Educate patients and families on care needs, safety, and recovery goals
- Ensure patient safety, quality, and adherence to established protocols
- Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and timely
- Collaborate with clinicians to plan and adjust care based on patient status
