A Pool Maintenance Technician at ASP of Central Houston will:

• Enjoy working outdoors
  , particularly in Houston’s varying conditions.
• Thrive in an environment where they are actively problem solving

• Manage a swimming pool route that includes the cleaning of residential and commercial swimming pools each week with various equipment cleanings scheduled as needed.
• Maintain regular stock of chemicals on the company issued truck and properly adjust the water chemistry for each pool each week.
• Be able to utilize a smart phone for our Pool Ops mobile platform.
• Be able to identify equipment repair needs and communicate those needs to the customer and handle yourself or with assistance from your support team and/or leadership.
• Participate in or complete other tasks as needed by the ASP Central Houston team

• Handle all matters with integrity and embrace the concepts and requirements of delivering "5-Star Resort-Quality Service

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
• Ability to work outdoors year-round in all conditions common to Houston
• Smartphone (stipend provided)
• Agree to reference checks, a background check, and drug screen
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Pool maintenance experience is desired but not required if you re ready to learn;
  Certified Pool Operator License is valued but not required

Our Pool Maintenance Technician position averages 20-30 hours/week, which can fluctuate with pool season activity and addition of new clients. We offer competitive compensation based on candidate experience and continued success. This position also has the potential of earning bonus pay and/or incentive pay when goals are met.

As a team-oriented organization, successful candidates may be in communication with multiple team members throughout the application and interview processes.
