Ensuring your property maintains exceptional curb appeal by keeping the grounds and buildings clean and properly maintained
* General grounds and pool maintenance
* Landscape-planting and weeding
* Trash pickup and removal
* Performing cleaning, basic maintenance and repair of pools and hot tubs.
* Other duties:
Trimming, water plants, hang flyers, sweep grounds, etc.
* M-F: 8am-4:30pm and Saturday/Sunday for roughly 2 hours to check pool chemicals. (Can shorten weekday hours if they do not want OT)
* Landscaping
* Pool maintenance Richdale is more than where you work, it's your home. Qualifications
* Minimum 1 year of landscaping, grounds or general maintenance experience required
* Experience in maintaining commercial grounds preferred
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Valid driver's license required
* Ability to consistently display a positive attitude
* Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent interpersonal skills-will communicate with residents, management, vendors and contractors
