Groundskeeper​/Porter

We are hiring dedicated and motivated Groundskeeper positions for numerous Class A & B luxury communities. Our Groundskeeper team plays a key part in our team and are recognized and rewarded for their hard work.

The Groundskeeper will be responsible for:

• Ensuring your property maintains exceptional curb appeal by keeping the grounds and buildings clean and properly maintained
• General grounds and pool maintenance
• Landscape-planting and weeding
• Trash pickup and removal
• Performing cleaning, basic maintenance and repair of pools and hot tubs
• Other duties:
  Trimming, watering plants, hanging flyers, sweeping grounds, etc.
• Working hours:
  
  M-F: 8am-4:30pm and Saturday/Sunday for roughly 2 hours to check pool chemicals (Can shorten weekday hours if they do not want OT)

• Minimum 1 year of landscaping, grounds or general maintenance experience required
• Experience in maintaining commercial grounds preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver's license required
• Ability to consistently display a positive attitude
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills—will communicate with residents, management, vendors and contractors
