A progressive mixed-animal practice in Cisco, Texas is seeking a Medical Director to lead a dedicated clinical team and guide the delivery of high-quality, compassionate care. Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical oversight and ensure high standards of patient care
- Mentor and develop veterinary and support team members
- Oversee medical protocols and ensure regulatory compliance
- Foster client trust through strong communication and education
- Collaborate with leadership to support hospital growth and community engagement
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) degree or equivalent
- Active or eligible Texas veterinary license
- Demonstrated leadership and mentoring experience
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
- Experience with mixed‑animal or companion‑animal medicine preferred
