A progressive mixed-animal practice in Cisco, Texas is seeking a Medical Director to lead a dedicated clinical team and guide the delivery of high-quality, compassionate care. • Provide clinical oversight and ensure high standards of patient care
• Mentor and develop veterinary and support team members

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) degree or equivalent
• Active or eligible Texas veterinary license
• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring experience
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
• Experience with mixed‑animal or companion‑animal medicine preferred
