Associate Veterinarian

Job Title: Associate Veterinarian (DVM) Split Location Locations: NASA (Houston area) and La Marque, Texas

We are seeking an enthusiastic Associate Veterinarian to join our privately and family‑owned practice, splitting time between our NASA and La Marque locations. This role is ideal for a doctor who thrives on autonomy and wants to practice high‑quality medicine in desirable areas south of Houston, such as Pearland, League City, or Galveston.

Work Week: 4 days weekly, with a rotating Saturday (when a Saturday is worked, a half‑day off is provided the following week).

Compensation: Competitive salary ($120k-$150k, depending on location and experience) plus a Pro Sal structure. (Production)

The ideal candidate is proficient and comfortable with:

• Surgery
• Dentistry
• (But open to all GP candidates)

Private & Family Owned: We are privately and family‑owned and owner‑operated by CEO Shay Hanson and his brother, surgeon Bradey Hanson (who is proficient in soft tissue, ortho, and neuro surgeries).

DVM Pay Range

,000 (depending on location and experience), plus a Pro Sal structure.

Relocation

Relocation Bonus of up to 15,000.

Time Off

Flexible and understanding scheduling; working a Saturday earns a 21 day off the following week.
