The Veterinary Emergency Group (VEG) invites veterinary clinicians to join the New ER Doctor (NERD) program, a six-month immersive training that transitions participants into full-time VEG ER doctors.
Participants work side-by-side with VEG doctors, gain hands-on ER experience with 3-4 hospital shifts weekly including nights, and receive mentorship, advanced procedures, and CE hours; all aspects of the program are funded by VEG.
