Quality Supervisor

The role focuses on establishing and leading a robust Quality Management System (QMS), driving continuous improvement, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be the driving force behind defect reduction initiatives, quality training, and process excellence.

We are looking for a leader who can educate and train employees, inspire a culture of quality, and implement improvement activities such as Kaizen and Six Sigma to elevate the performance of DPO’s value streams.

• Develop, implement, manage, and integrate a comprehensive QMS for DPO, serving as the primary quality control resource for problem identification, resolution, and continuous improvement.
• Design, implement, and document procedures for process control, improvement, testing, and inspection; establish key metrics (process capability, control charts) to monitor system effectiveness.
• Lead root‑cause analysis and problem‑solving activities to identify and implement effective corrective actions and sustainable process improvements.
• Interface with customer and supplier quality representatives, manage vendor performance, and ensure all purchase orders, contracts, and change requests align with stringent quality provisions.
• Manage quality control personnel on a day‑to‑day basis, participate in engineering projects to represent quality assurance, and report key quality trends and losses directly to management.

• Education:
  
  A four‑year college or university degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field is required; a Master’s degree, Professional Engineer (PE), or similar certification is highly preferred.
• Experience:
  
  Eight or more years of relevant experience in a quality management role is essential; experience within the oil and gas industry is preferred.
• Skills:
  
  Proven expertise in statistical data analysis, process certification standards, calibration programs, and leading internal and external quality audits.
