At Eosol we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality Supervisor to oversee and ensure the implementation of quality control and assurance processes across engineering and construction projects. The selected candidate will be responsible for supervising inspection activities, verifying compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the organization.

• Supervise and coordinate all quality control and assurance activities at the project site or fabrication facilities.
• Review and verify inspection and testing plans (ITPs), procedures, and reports to ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor workmanship, materials, and construction activities to verify conformance with approved specifications and drawings.
• Lead quality inspections and audits, documenting findings and ensuring timely resolution of non-conformities.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to maintain consistent quality standards throughout all project phases.
• Support the preparation and maintenance of Quality Management System (QMS) documentation in accordance with ISO 9001 or equivalent standards.
• Conduct training sessions and promote awareness of quality procedures and requirements among project personnel.
• Prepare and submit quality performance reports to project and corporate management.
• Ensure that all QA/QC records, test reports, and certifications are properly maintained and traceable.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control and assurance within engineering, EPC, or construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of international standards such as ISO 9001, ASME, API, AWS, and ASTM.
• Experience in inspection, welding, materials, and construction quality processes.
• Proficiency in preparing and reviewing ITPs, NCRs, and QA/QC documentation.
• Advanced level of English (written and spoken).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
