• Ensure production of high‑quality concrete products.
• Develop and implement quality control procedures, conduct inspections, and test raw materials and finished products.
• Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Oversee documentation of quality data, compliance with industry standards, and adherence to safety protocols.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives, train employees on quality standards, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Maintain consistent product quality and meet customer specifications.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Several years of relevant experience in quality control within the concrete or construction industry.
• Knowledge of concrete mix design, testing methods, and quality assurance processes.
• Familiarity with testing equipment and quality control tools.
• Proficiency in interpreting technical specifications and standards related to concrete.
• Preferred ACI (American Concrete Institute) certification or other industry certifications.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a quality control setting.
